All third-party partners are required to safeguard personal data and use it only for approved purposes.
4. Google User Data and Limited Use
When an authorized user of a subscribing organization connects a Google account to ClarionLabs, we request access only to the Google Ads accounts and Google Analytics properties that the user explicitly selects. We use the following Google APIs:
- Google Ads API — to read campaign, ad group, keyword, and cost performance data for reporting and optimization recommendations.
- Google Analytics Data API — to read website traffic and on-site conversion metrics.
- Google Data Manager API — to upload offline conversion events, and corrections or retractions of those events, to the connected Google Ads account. These events report outcomes recorded in the organization’s own CRM — for example a verified insurance benefit or a completed admission — for inquiries that originated from that organization’s Google ads, so that Google Ads bidding can optimize toward those outcomes.
ClarionLabs’ use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We use Google user data only to provide and improve the analytics, reporting, and conversion-measurement features that the user requested.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements to third parties, and we do not sell it.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data except with the organization’s affirmative consent, where necessary for security purposes or to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
- We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Google user data is used only within the ClarionLabs platform to produce the campaign analysis, forecasting, and optimization recommendations delivered to the organization that authorized the connection.
Google OAuth credentials are stored encrypted at rest. An organization may disconnect any individual connected account, or revoke access entirely, at any time from the Connections page inside ClarionLabs or from the Google Account permissions page. Revoking access immediately stops all further data retrieval and conversion uploads for that account. Data already retrieved is deleted on request as described in Section 6.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to:
- Provide requested services
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
- Maintain records for healthcare and operational purposes
Data is securely deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.

You have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for communications at any time

- Role-based access controls and multi-tenant data isolation
- Encrypted communication tools and OAuth 2.0 for third-party integrations
- Regular security assessments and monitoring
When applicable, ClearPath Treatment Solutions follows HIPAA-aligned data protection practices for handling healthcare-related information. Submission of information through our website or lead forms does not establish a provider-patient relationship.
